Former B.A United coach Frimpong Manso says he decided against applying for the Black Stars job because of the notion that local trainers can't manage the senior national team. Coach Manso said the nation will continue to affect trainers in the country who feels they can manage the Stars. The Stars job has been vacant for while now since the resignation of the Avram Grant after failing to end Ghana's 35-year wait for the AFCON title. In an interview with Asempa FM, coach Manso said "We dnt apply because of the notion that a local coach will never manage the black stars".
