Dreams FC youngster Abdul Aziz Issah has emerged as a transfer target for Premier League outfit Newcastle United, according to reports in the media.

Issah has had a brilliant season with Dreams FC, racking up four goals and providing two assists as the Still Believe lads defied all odds to reach the semifinals of their maiden participation.

Additionally, Issah helped Ghana's Under-20 team win a gold medal at the African Games held in Ghana in March.

He has become a subject of interest for several clubs in Europe and Africa at large due to his swashbuckling performance throughout the season.

Newcastle United are expected to strengthen their squad for next season and are on red alert with the prospect of signing in-demand Issah in the summer.

Meanwhile, the Premier League club faces competition from several clubs including Nottingham Forest and Sporting Lisbon who are interested in signing the Ghanaian youngster.

Issah is also a top transfer target for clubs on the African continent including Egyptian giants Al Ahly and Zamalek.

The fast-rising midfielder will weigh up his option before making a decision on his career.
