Head coach of the Black Satellites of Ghana, Jimmy Cobblah has hinted on current situations in the camp of his outfit.

The tactician led his outfit to Niamey in Niger on Monday ahead of 2019 U-20 African Cup of Nations slated between February 2 and February 17.

Ahead of their depart to the hosting country, Niger, Jimmy released a list of 24-players for the tournament.

A day after arrival in Niger, he has hinted on the current situation ahead of the tournament, saying his team isn't up to set as he hopes for other experienced and key members of the team.

"Niamey doesn't have too many training pitches due to the AFCON and most of it has being closed leaving few”. The Satellites needed to train on an astro turf and grass pitch because our first two group matches will be played on an astro turf and last group match slated for a grass pitch,” he said.

"However, we will manage with the astro turf pitch since that's what we have for now despite that, all activities are in good path".

“We have 85-90% of our squad in because we're still expecting Manaf Nurideen from Belgium. The club isn't ready to release him for the national team".

“Several negotiations have been to coach Michael Lele but said he can only let go of Nurideen on February 28. Addition to him, is the captain, Konda Issaku who will arrive on Sunday", he added.

The 2009 World Cup winners are currently camping in Niamey, Hotel de Secta.
