Head coach of Cameron female national team, the Indomitable Lionesses has been shortlisted for CAF Africa Women's Coach of the year 2018 with head coaches of Nigeria and Banyana Banyana of South Africa, Thomas Dennerby and Desiree Ellis respectively.

Coach Joseph Ndoko, a contender of the aforementioned award inspired Cameroon to a third place finish in the 2018 Africa Women's Cup of Nations (AWCON) in Ghana.

The awards night is scheduled for January 8 2019 in Dakar.
