Former Hearts of Oak coach Kim Grant has emphasized that striker Kofi Kordzi needs to be seriously considered for a Black Stars call-up.

The forward who signed for Qatari club Muaither SC in the summer transfer window has gradually established himself as a key asset for his new team.

In his last outing for the club, he continued his stunning form in front of goal by netting a sensational hat-trick to help the club post a 4-2 win against Mesaimeer SC.

Reacting to the player’s form in a post on his Facebook page, Kim Grant has noted that Kofi Kordzi deserves to be looked at for a Black Stars invite.

“Delighted to see my boy Kofi Kordzi scoring his hat trick in their 2-4 away win for Muaither SC against Mesaimeer SC yesterday.

“Ghana national team - the Blackstars - Surely, seriously needs to be considered for a call up!!!!!,” the ex-Hearts coach posted on his Facebook wall.

Since joining Muaither SC, Kofi Kordzi has been in outstanding form and continues to score to help the team pick up important points.
