Head coach of Legon Cities FC, Maxwell Konadu has given his assessment of the team’s 3-1 win against King Faisal.
The gaffer in a post-match interview expressed his delight while stressing that he hopes it will add to the confidence level of his players.
“We started on a good note and got the early goal that we needed. We dominated for large moments in this game. We were able to play our normal game and managed to hold on till the break.
“We are happy to be back at the El Wak stadium. Your home grounds is where your spirit is. Don’t forget that last season, we played here without losing a single league game.
“I hope this win will keep the confidence of the boys and the morale high in our next games ahead,” Coach Maxwell Konadu said.
After the win today, Legon Cities FC are now 11th on the Ghana Premier League table.
