Hearts of Oak coach Sergio Traguil says he wants to build a new look team. The Portuguese trainer has noted that he is keen on using the youth system to feed the senior team.
Since his arrival as manager of the Phobians, he has managed just a win out of three matches.
This most fans of the club are not happy with but Traguil is hopeful of turning things around soon.
”I want to build a unique identity for Hearts of Oak especially the youth team despite my main objective now is been the senior team role,” Sergio Traguil told Kumasi-based Silver FM.
“We want to build a good youth system because our youth system is dead and are also willing to revive it- need a very good youth system that will provide quality players for the main stream Hearts of Oak team and the various national teams in Ghana,”
“The board of directors, management, and the entire technical staff are all working very hard to achieve this huge ambition he added.
