Ghana will earn $450,000 from the International friendlies with Mexico and the United States.

The Black Stars have already played the El Tri of Mexico where they lost by a goal to nil and will next face the United States of America.

According to Ghana’s sports minister each of the federations have a share of an amount to be given to national team.

“From the documents made available to me, Mexico is paying us $125,000 while we are also receiving $325,000 for the game against the USA,” Sports Minister Isaac Asiamah revealed Thursday.

“We expect that after the trip, they [Ghana FA] present details of the actual expenditure incurred,” he added.

Coach Kwesi Appiah and the players have left Houston for NewYork where they will engage the Yankees of America at the Pratt & Whitney Stadium.

Ghana have been old nemesis to the United States after twice eliminating them at the FIFA World Cup in 2006 and 2010. However, the America had a good share of the fixture when they beat the Black Stars in Brazil 2014.
