The wife of Asante Kotoko midfielder Joseph Ablorh has tragically passed away, according to an announcement from the club.
The cause of her sudden death has not yet been disclosed.
In a statement, the club expressed its deep sorrow: "We are deeply saddened to inform you of the passing of the wife of our new player, Joseph Ablorh. Our thoughts and prayers are with Joseph and his family during this challenging time. We ask everyone to extend their support and condolences to Joseph and his loved ones."

Ablorh, who was recently introduced as a new addition to Asante Kotoko ahead of the 2024/25 Ghana Premier League season, had signed a two-year contract with the club. He joined from Guinean team Hafia FC.
