Chelsea boss Antonio Conte says they cannot risk blowing their entire transfer budget on one player like the Neymar deal.
Paris Saint-Germain sent out a statement of intent by paying a world-record £198million to buy Neymar from Barcelona this week.
Conte explained: "I think now is not the right moment for Chelsea to spend so much money on one player because we need many players.
"It's important to divide this amount of money to buy many players."
