The credibility of the Spokesperson of the Ghana FA Normalization Committee has been exposed to massive test after the Vice Chairperson of the committee Lucy Quist sharply contradicts him over the missing Zylofon Cash sponsorship for the Ghana Premier League.
Lucy has vehemently denied that the documents are missing as reported by the spokesperson insisting the Ghana FA’s sponsorship contract with Zylofon Cash is NOT MISSING.
The huge contradiction only seeks to paint the picture that Dan Kwaku Yeboah is not on top of his job, hence exposing the committee to unnecessary criticisms.
The recent revelation from Lucy Quist posits that the Spokesperson only lied in his interview on Adom TV, claiming the documents are missing.
“The whole thing was shrouded in secrecy because they were hiding behind confidentiality clause. This only exists in Ghana and nowhere else.
“I have not seen the Zylofon Cash contract. I have not even seen an A4 sheet with anything about the contract on it. We will need the former FA to bring back the documents of the contract since we have not seen it,” Dan Kwaku Yeboah told Adom TV.
This huge claim by Dan, a vociferous critic of the previous FA and now the spokesperson for the committee, looks to have angered the Normalization Committee, forcing Lucy Quist to come out of her shells to deny the claim.
She has confirmed seeing the agreement between the federation and the company that sponsored the Ghana Premier League last year.
Lucy Quist’s response implies the public has been widely misinformed as she has sighted the contract between the two parties.
“There is nothing like that (the missing contract) except there is no league running,” Quist said in the Super Morning Show on Monday.
The posture of Lucy Quist which clearly depicted anger seeks to imply that Dan Kwaku Yeboah is inviting bad public rhetorics on the committee which they aren’t ready to accept.
With this massive revelation from Lucy Quist, the Spokesperson’s credibility has been thrown into massive doubt with many thinking most of his comments are anger-driven as he’s been a huge critic of the previous administration.
