Real Madrid have reason to be in a good mood.Los Blancos are a point ahead of Barcelona at the top of La Liga with two games in hand so, at the moment, life is good for Zinedine Zidane's European champions.
Of course, when a team wins as often as Madrid have been doing this season, the mood inside their camp is likely to be somewhat jovial and laid-back. During a recent training session for Madrid, Cristiano Ronaldo highlighted Madrid's harmony more so than anyone.
During a training ground tiki-taka rondoexercise, Madrid players gathered in a circle to pass the ball around two players in the middle. Ronaldo seems confident, he's trying no-look passes and back-heels.
Something got Cristiano very 'EXCITED' during today's training!  pic.twitter.com/L1ZOM3SCUQ
However, when he loses the ball - and the Portuguese forward has never found that to be a laughing matter - he reacted hilariously by making a thrusting action towards his teammates.
Then again, after the year Ronaldo had in 2016 (Champions League, Euro 2016, Ballon d'Or), he's in a very good place, even though he turned 32 on Sunday and is considered now by some to be a 'veteran.'
He definitely wouldn't have a smile on his face if someone told him that.
