The Crystal Palace manager, 70, has managed several Premier League clubs, including West Bromwich Albion, Liverpool and Fulham.

But it'll be his first trip to play West Ham United at their new home, where they moved in 2016.

"I am quite excited to go to the London Stadium because it is a Premier League ground I have not been to and there are not many of those," he said.

"It is usually the newcomers in the league. I have been to Huddersfield but it was many years ago, so it will be nice to go there and it is an interesting stadium in terms of the field and the dressing rooms and everything else.

"But I was personally a big fan of Upton Park. I used to look forward to going there.

"A ground that was an iconic stadium, so I don't have any more excitement going there to the London Stadium that I would for going to Upton Park."
