Palace have alternated between the duo of Wayne Hennessey and Julian Speroni in goal this season.

But with neither player managing to impress, manager Roy Hodgson is now looking to sign a new goalkeeper during the January transfer window.

Now according to reports from the Croydon Advertiser, it has been claimed that Palace are currently plotting an ambitious swoop for Trapp and the German international could be interested in a move to Selhurst Park as he is currently struggling for regular playing time at PSG.
