CSKA Sofia making arrangements to part ways with Edwin Gyasi

Bulgarian top-flight club CSKA Sofia is making final arrangements as they prepare to pay ways with Netherlands-born Ghanaian international Edwin Gyasi as well as 10 other players.

The 28-year-old forward has had a good spell in the 2019/2020 season and is now set to join Besiktas in the summer transfer window according to checks with credible sources.

With his departure looking imminent, officials of CSKA Sofia have begun to plan for life after he leaves.

The Ghanaian has been given the clear to leave with the club only awaiting to agree monetary terms with the club said to be interested in his services.

It is understood that the winger who can play on the wings and as a central forward has already agreed on personal terms with Besiktas and will play in Turkey next season.

Other players expected to leave CSKA Sofia included: Vytautas Cherniauskas (Lithuania) and Gustavo Busato (Brazil), defender Jefferson (Brazil), midfielder Vernan Anita (Netherlands), Ruben Pinto (Portugal), Denis Davidov ), Graham Carey (England), Viv Solomon-Otabor (Nigeria), Rafael Enrique (Brazil) and striker Tommy Juric (Australia).
