Current Kotoko players need another chance - Bobbie Ansah

Ex-Kotoko defender, Akwasi Bobbie Ansah believes the current players at their folds must be given another chance to prove their worth in the upcoming campaign.

The Porcupine Warriors had a torrid campaign last season after finishing 4th on the Ghana Premier League standings.

Following the dissolution of the board of directors and management, the life patron of the Club Otumfuo Osei Tutu II has appointed a four-man management committee, with Dr Prosper Narteh returning to the club as head coach.

Ansah, who believes some members of the squad need time to flourish has implored Prosper Narteh not to make extensive changes to his squad.

“He (Ogum) understands that there is a lot of pressure so he doesn’t need to be told what to do. The players need another chance to continue. It was the first season or second for some of them. They now appreciate the pressure so let’s give them the chance to continue.” He told Kessben FM.
