Dalian Yifang winger linked with AC Milan switch

AC Milan have reportedly proposed a loan deal for Dalian Yifang winger Yannick Carrasco, with the Belgian understood to have approved the move to Italy.

The 25 year-old made the move to China almost a year ago and has struggled to keep his place in the Belgian national team, with a return to Europe offering a possible solution.

Both Corriere della Sera and Sky Sport Italia have confirmed the interest from Milan in Carrasco, but the former Monaco and Atletico Madrid star would need to take a pay-cut to make the move a reality.

Carrasco is understood to be earning €10 million a season, and should Milan seek to purchase the winger at the end of his loan spell then an offer of at least €30m would be needed.

The odds may seem stacked against the Rossoneri, but the will of the player could be crucial in getting the deal over the line.
