Young goalkeeper Danlad Ibrahim has revealed that he has been playing his heart out at Berekum Chelsea because of the support he has received from the management of the club and its supporters.
The player is on a season-long loan from Kumasi Asante Kotoko where he struggled for playing time in the Ghana Premier League.
Now at Berekum Chelsea, he is enjoying regular playing time and has established himself as one of the best shot-stoppers in the division.
Opening up on life with the Blues, Danlad Ibrahim has shared that he is grateful to the support from the management of the club.
“I have been enjoying a good season since I joined Berekum Chelsea, the management together with the supporters is good to me so I always played from my heart.
“I always feel proud of being a first-choice goalkeeper at Chelsea because it's my first time of playing Ghana premier league”, the former u-17 goalkeeper said.
Danlad has impressive numbers to his name after matchday 15 into the season. He kept 5 straight clean sheets in his first five matches and had 7 clean sheets in total before the Ghana Premier League was suspended due to the Coronavirus.
