David Abagna scores his first goal for Al Hilal against Cotonsport

Ghanaian international David Abagna scored his first goal for Al Hilal against Cotonsport in the CAF Champions League on Tuesday afternoon.

Al Hilal from Sudan beat Cameroon-based Cotonsport 2-0 in their Group B round 4 game in Omdurman.

The home side started the game very well grabbing control of the midfield and pushing men forward.

David Abagna broke the deadlock in the 41st minute after receiving a wonderful pass from Mohamed Abdelrahman.

After halftime, the visitors made a couple of changes Ramses Nguimeeu replaced Moshood Kasali and Reich Kokolo replaced Brawdon Eno.

Despite the changes, Cotonsport still could find the equalizer.

Former Real Tamale United striker David Abagna was substituted in the 64th minute and replaced by Fabrice Ngoma.

Both sides again made some changes to suit their tactics as the game headed to the final minutes.

Al Hilal scored their second goal of the game through DR Congo striker Makabi Lilepo from the penalty spot.
