Former Newcastle United and Tottenham Hotspur winger David Ginola has been cheating on his wife of 25-years with a love interest almost half his age,The Sunhave revealed.

It is believed there was an angry showdown between Denat and Caroline following the incident, with a source revealing to The Sun that Ginola believes he has been given a second chance following his medical incident.
David feels he was given a second chance after this horrifying experience, and now he doesn't care what other people think," the source revealed.
He wants to live life to the full.
Maeva is mad about David, and the feeling is mutual.
The only sad part of it all is David's wife Coraline, who is naturally devastated about what has happened.

Ginola fell suddenly during a charity game in May, and had swallowed his tongue and stopped breathing. Friends performed CPR until an air ambulance lifted him to a hospital inMonaco, where he had a six-hour quadruple bypass operation to clear his arteries.
