Frank de Boer is delighted with the way he's been welcomed by Crystal Palace fans.
Away supporters sung their new manager's name during the friendly win at Maidstone United on Saturday.
De Boer told the Croydon Advertiser: "In the beginning I wasn't hearing them call Frank and I think they were booing a little bit because I didn't react, but after that I saw that they were singing for me and that's why I waved.
"It is very nice to see the fans, but this is what I already knew.
"The fans are fantastic and I am looking forward to playing at Selhurst Park and see the fans behind the team."
