Deabeas Owusu-Sekyere scores in Cangzhou Mighty Lions FC defeat to Beijing Guoan

Dutch-born Ghanaian forward Deabeas Owusu Sekyere scored in Cangzhou Mighty Lions FC's 5-1 defeat to Beijing Guoan in the Chinese Super League on Saturday afternoon.

The head-to-head record for the teams before the game was Cangzhou Mighty Lions F.C one win, Beijing Guoan three wins, and five draws.

Deabeas Owusu Sekyere started the game and lasted the full 90 minutes.

The away side had more possession throughout the 90 minutes.

Liu Yang of Cangzhou Mighty Lions scored an own goal in the 10th minute.

Beijing Guoan extended their lead to 2-0 in the 17th minute through Zhang Xizhe. Zhang Xizhe's goal was assisted by Fábio Abreu.

Fábio Abreu scored in the 43rd minute to make it 3-0 with a right footed shot from the left side of the box to the bottom right corner.

Fábio Abreu scored again in the 48th minute to make it 4-1. Kang Sang-Woo added the fifth goal in the 53rd minute.

Deabeas Owusu Sekyere scored the consolation goal for Cangzhou Mighty Lions in the 85th minute.

Mighty Lions will play Wuhan Three Towns away in their next league game.
