The Professional Footballers Association of Ghana (PFAG) has congratulated the Black Princesses for winning gold in the women’s football tournament at the 13th African Games.
The Ghana U20 women’s national team locked horns with the Nigeria U20 side to battle for gold on Thursday night.
Although Nigeria would score first, Ghana showed class to come from behind to secure a delightful 2-1 win to secure the gold medal.
Reacting to the victory, PFAG said it is testament to the hard work of not just the players but the technical team.

“Defeating Nigeria 2-1 in the final match to win gold is a testament to your hard work and determination.
“Kudus to the playing body and technical team,” PFAG said in a post on X.
