Defender Daniel Heber sent off in FC Magdeburg's draw with Jahn Regensburg

German-born Ghanaian defender Daniel Heber was sent off in FC Magdeburg's 2-2 draw with Jahn Regensburg in the German second tier. 

Baris Atik made it 1-0 for the guests early on with a beautiful free-kick into the far corner in the 10th minute. However, SSV keeper Jonas Urbig misjudged. Andreas Albers in the 52nd minute equalized after a bad mistake in the guest's defense.

Daniel Elfadli in the 80th minute gave the visitors the lead again before Kaan Caliskaner in the 90th minute scored the acclaimed equalizer late on. In a hectic final phase, defender Daniel Heber from FC Magdeburg saw red after a bad tackle in added time.

Heber started the game on the left side of FC Magdeburg's three man defense alongside Jamie Lawrence and Daniel Elfadli.

FC Magdeburg is 12 on the Bundesliga 2 table with 32 points after 27 games. They will take on Sandhausen in their next Bundesliga 2 game on 15th April.
