Details of how much Sporting CP paid for Ghana star Abdul Fatawu Issahaku revealed

It has come to light that Portuguese giants Sporting CP Paid a sum of 1.3 million euros to complete the signing of Ghana star Abdul Fatawu Issahaku.

The former Ghana U20 poster boy joined the Portuguese club officially in the months leading to the conclusion of the European football season.

Although he was first sent to the youth team, he was immediately promoted to the first team when he turned 18 and signed his professional contract in March 2022.

From information uncovered by your most trusted Ghanaian football online portal, it has come to light that that transfer cost Sporting CP some 1.3 million euros.

From that amount, 1.2 million euros went to his boyhood club Steadfast FC in the Ghana National Division One League.

The remaining €100,000 was used to take care of other charges.

Just 18 years old, the talented teenager is seen as one with a lot of potential. Sporting CP plans to give him a shot to impress in the 2021/22 football season.
