The Communications Director of Legon Cities, Kwame Dwomoh Agyemang, says nurturing young players is a model the club wants to adopt going forward.

When the cub was first rebranded to Legon Cities from Wa All Stars after the Number 12 Expose, they focused on buying established players including Ghana all-time top scorer Asamoah Gyan for one season.

After appointing former Aduana FC coach Paa Kwesi Fabin, Agyemang says the former Ghana U17 coach is said to lead a revolution at the club.

"He has a knack for developing talents and it is a model we want to use going forward, so obviously he made the grade there and of course he has the ability to develop experienced players," he told Citi Sports.

"You look at his time at Hearts of Oak, Kpando Hearts of Lions, and other big teams in Ghana.

"So we looked around and we felt that, he is the man who ticks all the boxes for us.

"Fabin signed a two-year deal to join the Royals after leaving Aduana FC."
