Bofoakwa Tano have gotten closer to winning the 2023 Division One League Cup.
The newly-promoted Ghana Premier League side has qualified for the final of the pre-season tournament following a narrow victory over Nations Football Club.
The two clubs locked horns at the Dr. Kwame Kyei Sports Complex on Tuesday afternoon.
Following a good display from Nations FC and Bofoakwa Tano in 90 minutes, the teams could not be separated.
In the 113th minute during extra time, Bofoakwa Tano scored to secure a narrow 1-0 win at the end of the contest.
It was thanks to a fantastic goal scored by Elijah Addai from a direct free-kick.

Having reached the final, Bofoakwa Tano will face the winner of the other semi-final game between Skyy FC and Heart of Lions.
