DONE DEAL? Chelsea accept Bournemouth bid for Begovic

Chelsea have accepted a bid from Bournemouth for Asmir Begovic.

The Sun says the Cherries have agreed a £10million fee with Chelsea for goalkeeper Begovic.

The Bosnian failed to establish himself as the number one keeper at Stamford Bridge last term and spent two seasons playing second fiddle to Thibaut Courtois.

The 29-year-old, who joined Chelsea from Stoke in 2015, was close to moving to the Vitality Stadium in January.

However, Blues boss Antonio Conte failed to land Celtic keeper Craig Gordon to replace him as back-up to Courtois, so the deal was put on hold.

Begovic is expected to travel to the South Coast to finalise terms and will replace Artur Boruc as the Cherries first-choice keeper next season.
