DONE DEAL: Ghana international Albert Adomah joins Cardiff City

English Championship side Cardiff City have completed the signing Ghana international Albert Adomah from Nottingham Forest on transfer deadline day.

Adomah penned a six-month loan deal with the club after passing his mandatory medical and completing the formalities.

The 32-year-old joined Forest from Aston Villa on a free transfer last summer.

However, he has made only five starts for the Championship club this season, featuring mostly as a substitute despite making 27 appearances.

He scored three goals for Forest and registered two assists in the process.

He has previously played for Harrow Borough, Barnet, Bristol City, Middlesbrough and Aston Villa.

Adomah made his international debut when coming on as a substitute for Ghana in their 1-0 defeat against Brazil in 2011 at Craven Cottage.
