Real Sociedad have signed Miguel Angel Moya from Atletico Madrid.
Moya joins La Real after an injury suffered by Geronimo Rulli.
Athletic Bilbao's late activation of Inigo Martinez's release clause meant Real Sociedad were permitted to sign one more player by Friday.
The 33-year-old should be able to debut on Thursday night when La Real visit Real Betis, having already passed a medical.
He'll link up with his new teammates for training on Wednesday.
