Dreams FC attacker Abdul Aziz Issah was pleased with his team's victory against Soccer Intellectuals in the MTN FA Cup quarterfinals on Thursday afternoon.

The Dawu-based club secured a 1-0 win over their Division One opponents, with Issah scoring the only goal in the first half.

Speaking after the game, Issah acknowledged the difficulty of playing against a lower-league side, saying, "We are okay with the victory because it was a tough game playing against a Division One side. It's not an easy game, but we are happy to have won."

Issah also praised the opposition for using the opportunity to motivate themselves against a Premier League side, saying, "It was a good game too."

The victory sees Dreams FC progress to the semifinals of the MTN FA Cup, where they will look to defend their title and secure a spot in African competition. Issah said, "Our target is to defend the title and go to Africa again. That is our main aim for now."
