The former Hearts of Oak forward was on target in Dreams FC defeat to Karela United on Sunday.

His second goal of the season after scoring last weekend in the 2-1 win against Medeama SC.

But the lead lasted for three minutes as Franklyn Osei levelled with a delightful freekick to level for the host

The midfielder again scored on the 65th minute to hand Karela United the lead and eventually held on to secure the win.

Despite the loss, Dormon further asserted that Esso is living up to expectations.

“Just as I said earlier, he is the best player in the Premier League and he always steps up to prove that,” Dormon said after his side’s loss to Karela United

“It’s good to see him score and live up to expectations. A goal from him is gradually taking pressure off him and I will always encourage him to do more.

Dreams now shift their attention to the next game against Legon Cities at the Dawu Park on Sunday.
