Dreams FC midfielder Emmanuel Agyei has expressed his concerns regarding his outfits packed schedule following their participation in the CAF Confederation Cup semifinals.

The Still Believe lads are competing in three major competitions this season and are being forced to play three games in a week, which is unusual in the Ghanaian scene.

The reigning FA Cup champions secured a historic qualification to the semifinals of the Confederation Cup after edging out Stade Malien.

Emmanuel Agyei was in action on Sunday when Dreams FC defeated Asante Kotoko in matchday 26 of the Ghanaian top-flight.

He was adjudged as the man of the match due to his outstanding performance for the Still Believe lads.

Speaking after the game, the Ghana U20 player admitted his side’s tight schedules is affecting their performance.

“Participating in three competitions has been tough. Playing in the league, FA Cup and Confederation Cup is affecting us” he said.

Dreams FC will now shift their focus to the semifinal clash against Egyptian giants Zamalek. The first leg is scheduled to take place in Egypt on April 21, 2024, with the return leg slated for April 28, 2024, in Kumasi.
