Dutch ref Nijhuis: If I was video ref I\'d have reversed Spurs spotkick. Van Dijk was no foul
Former Dutch ref Bas Nijhuis says Liverpool were robbed of three points for their 2-2 draw with Tottenham.

Nijhuis is adamant Tottenham's late penalty, won by Erik Lamela, should never have been given.
Reds defender Virgil van Dijk was deemed to have fouled Lamela by the linesman after ref Jon Moss had waved the appeals away.
And Nijhuis insists Van Dijk was sold short by the match officials on the night.

"He thinks: 'oh, be careful, and then pulls his leg back'," said Nijhuis. "If I see this and I was the video referee, I would intervene, take the penalty kick back and award an indirect free kick. I would be against giving it. I think it's a dive."
