Dutch striker Myron Boadu came on as a substitute and could not do enough to help his team, Monaco avoid defeat against Ukraine side Shakhtar in the Champions League playoffs.
Boadu came on in the 67th minute and came really close to scoring but their opponents won 1-0 on the day.
The 20-year-old hit the post with a great effort after coming on. His team will now have to make amends in the second leg.
Boadu joined Monaco during this summer transfer window from Dutch side AZ Alkmaar after being linked to several clubs in Europe.
