CSKA Sofia forward, Edwin Gyasi has denied signing a preliminary contract with Turkish Super Lig club Besiktas ahead of his potential switch from Bulgaria.

The Ghanaian international has had an exceptional campaign in the 2019/2020 football season which has, in turn, attracted several interest from a host of top clubs.

With strong interest from Turkey, the player is said to have agreed on verbal terms with Besiktas and will complete a move to the club when the summer transfer window comes around.

With growing speculation that he might have even signed a preliminary contract, Edwin Gyasi has come out to deny.

“I love Turkey, it will be a pleasure to play in this championship. I have not signed a preliminary contract with Besiktas”, the highly-rated striker has said in an interview.
