Ali Mohammed, the PRO of Eleven Wonders, has praised the Ghana Football Association's action to divide Division One Zone One into two zones, Zone One A and Zone One B, before the commencement of the 2022/2023 league season.
Before the split, the original zone faced a lot of problems from hooliganism to misunderstanding between teams.
Ali Mohammed in an interview stated that the new format has brought calmness into the zone and it has also helped cancel out hooliganism.
"First of all, I would want to commend the FA on splitting the zones into two because, there were some factors that led to that," he told Citi Sports.
"I am appealing to all stakeholders in the Division one zone one league to desist from whatever that is not pleasing to the football. Clearly, those where the things that led to the FA to take the decision,”
"In all, I think it has helped in a way to help eradicate hooliganism,”
Eleven Wonders is preparing to take one Bofoakwa Tano in a play off game at the Accra Sports Stadium on May 30th.
