Ghana Premier League side Eleven Wonders have hailed the naming of Techiman as the capital of the Bono East Region.
The Bono East is among the five newly carved Regions in Ghana and it was previously part of the then bigger Brong Ahafo Region.
Eleven Wonders is based in Techiman and the management of the club have lauded the chosen of town as the regional capital.
“Team Eleven Wonders welcone Techiman as Bono East Capital. We hope this will bring much development in Sports in the region,” The club stated on their official Facebook Page.
Wonders and Techiman City are undoubtedly the two biggest teams in the Techiman township with lots of followers.
