Ghana international Emmanuel Agyemang-Badu has left Udinese to join Hellas Verona on a permanent basis in the on-going summer transfer window.

The 29-year-old penned a two-year deal with the club after successful negotiations.

Agyemang-Badu spent most of last season on loan with the Serie A side, making 10 appearances as he was on the sidelines for the most part of the season after he was diagnosed with a pulmonary microembolism.

He joined Udinese from Ghana Premier League side Ghanaian club, Berekum Arsenal in 2010.

He went on to make 170 appearances and scored 10 goals in the process.

The midfielder has previously played for Asante Kotoko, Recreativo Huelva and Bursaspor in Turkey.
