Emmanuel Agyemang-Badu named Man-of-the-Match as Great Olympics beat King Faisal

Former Ghana midfielder Emmanuel Agyemang-Badu was adjudged Man-of-the-Match following his impressive performance for Great Olympic against King Faisal on match week three of the Ghana Premier League.

The 31-year-ld lasted for 89 minutes before being replaced Prince Afrifa as he helped his side secure their second victory of the season at the Accra Sports stadium on Saturday.

The win lifts the 'Dade Boys' to the summit of the league table with seven points, one appoint above Aduana Stars who take on Premier League newcomers Samartex on Sunday.

Emmanuel Mensah's strike in the 64th minute was enough for Great Olympics to secure a 1-0 win.

The third consecutive defeat leaves King Faisal bottom of the Ghana Premier League table.

Agyemang-Badu has featured in all three league games for Great Olympics this season.

The Accra-based side will face Samartex on match week four of the on-going Ghana Premier League.
