Ernest Poku has reacted to scoring late to save his team Jong AZ Alkmaar from defeat against TOP Oss in the Dutch Eerste Divisie.
Jong AZ Alkmaar went down in the 30th minute, a low cross from Illunga Pata was not touched by anyone and ended up in the goal.
After the break, Jong AZ Alkmaar had to wait till the 88th minute to get behind the solid TOP Oss back four.
Substitute Ernest Agyei passed his man around the TOP Oss box and shot in for the late equalizer.
"We are lagging behind and are therefore lagging behind", Poku said after the game match.
"I came on as a substitute together with Ricuenio Kewal, Nick Twisk and Jeremiah Esajas. We brought new energy and luckily I was able to score a goal myself,"
"There was more in the second half, but if you can't win you have to at least draw. We luckily did that,"
