Ghana's Eugene Ansah scored a wonderful solo goal for Hapoel Be'er Sheva against Hapoel Haifa in the Israeli Premier League on Sunday afternoon.

Hapoel Haifa failed to break a streak of 11 years without a win (the last one was achieved in the 11/12 season) against Hapoel Be'er Sheva and went down by a goal scored after 35 seconds by Eugene Ansah after a slalom on the way to the goal.

Roni Levy's apprentices dominated for many minutes in the center of the field, neutralized the third ranked team and had several opportunities but were wasteful: Itai Boganim's kick from the edge of the box went over the goal. Hanan Meman's shot was stopped by the crossbar in the midst of pressure minutes into the second half.

Hatem Alhamid returned to the pitch after a month and a half and the Lithuanian Arbidas Novikovas made his debut.

Hapoel Be'er Sheva will take on Sekzia Ness Ziona in their next league game.
