Former Juventus chief Luciano Moggi is convinced Antonio Conte plans to quit Chelsea in 2018.

Moggi has already stated on social media he expects Conte to replace Vincenzo Montella at AC Milan.

And he expanded on his thoughts on Friday when speaking with TuttoJuve.

"Conte wants to return to Italy and Milan can be the ideal club for him," said Moggi. "If he were to win something with Chelsea this season, his departure would be possible."

Moggi knows Conte well, having been in charge of Juve during the Chelsea manager's time as a player with the Turin giants.
