Austrian lower-tier outfit, FC Pinzgau Saalfelden have signed the Ghanaian trio of Alhassan Nupaya, Godswill Vadze and Erasmus Adjei to bolster its squad.

The club in the winter transfer window lost a few players but also made sure it sealed a few important deals.

On transfer deadline day, the club wrapped up talks with Shooting Stars FC and managed to secure the services of the three Ghanaian players.

Erasmus Adjei is an 18-year-old central defender who has been signed to improve the team’s backline.

The others include versatile players Alhassan Nupaya and Godswill Vadze who are already tipped to develop into top players.

The Ghanaian trio is augmenting the squad of FC Pinzgau Saalfelden and will have the chance to feature in due course as they work to settle in the Regionalliga for the remainder of the season.

“We’re pleased that we’ve been able to make some additions on the last day of the transfer window. That will of course help us for the spring. Our mission is to integrate the three boys as quickly as possible and support them as best we can as they make this important step. They will train with us normally and get a taste of the Regional League. We’ll see where the journey will take us in the next few weeks – we’ll let it unfold before us,” coach Christian Ziege who is manager of FC Pinzgau Saalfelden after the signing of the players.
