French Ligue 1 outfit, FC Nantes has decided to try and permanently secure the signing of Ghana international Osman Bukari.
In the 2021/22 football season, the French Club secured the services of the pacey winger on loan from Belgium outfit KAA Gent.
Although he was not always a regular in the FC Nantes team, Osman Bukari made a good account of himself and helped the team to win the French Cup.
While he has returned to KAA Gent at the end of the loan period, FC Nantes are interested in signing him on a permanent deal.
The Belgian club hopes to cash in on the winger and has reportedly set a transfer price of 2.5 million euros.
The figure is deemed too high by FC Nantes officials who are now hoping to work on a deal for the signing of Osman Bukari to be possible.
In the 2021/22 football season, Osman Bukari made 26 appearances for FC Nantes where he scored two goals and assisted four goals as well.
