Ghanaian youngster, Malik Abubakari has emerged as a transfer target of FC Porto with the Portuguese giants keen on securing his services for their B team.
Currently contracted to Moreirense, the forward spent the 2020/2021 football season on loan at Casa Pia.
In what was his debut season in Portugal, Malik Abubakari excelled beyond expectations as he established himself as one of the top attackers in the Segunda B.
At the end of the season where clubs are now planning for the next campaign, the Ghanaian youngster has attracted interest from FC Porto B.
The club monitored his exploits in the just-ended campaign and believes he will provide needed reinforcement for the 2021/2022 season if he is signed.
Malik Abubakari, 21, finished the 2020/2021 football season with 11 goals in 34 appearances for Casa Pia in the Portuguese Segunda B.
He has been tipped to improve those numbers next season with the experience he gained in his debut season in the European country.
