Ghana Premier League giants Hearts of Oak will complete the signing of commanding centre back Nuru Sulley on Tuesday, footballghana.com can exclusively report.
Footballghana.com understands that personal terms were agreed with the player on Sunday and will proceed to have his medicals.
The medicals is expected to be done on Tuesday due to the partial lock down in Accra and the signing will be announced shortly after. It will be a two year deal.
Nuru has been no stranger to the Phobian culture, joining them initially on 2011 before moving to Libyan side Al Nasr Bengharzi.
He has also played in Iraq and Turkey.
