The heads of the National Circles Council (NCC) of Asante Kotoko have informed the club that they want to pay the transfer fee of AshantiGold midfielder Latif Anabila, footballghana.com can exclusively report.
Footballghana.com understands that the National Circles Council have acknowledged the interest shown by Maxwell Konadu for the player and want to foot the bill to see him wear the iconic red jersey.
The NCC will have a meeting with the chairman of the club, Dr. Kwame Kyei to inform him of their decision to buy the player.
It is unknown whether AshantiGold will allow the player to leave or sanction such a bizarre deal.
