Nathaniel Clyne has revealed that the "licence" Jurgen Klopp gives hisLiverpool players to express themselves is his favourite thing about working for the German.
Klopp took over at Anfield in early October last year, and has since transformed the Liverpool team into one of the hardest, working, fittest and most creative sides in England. They've enjoyed a stunning start to the new Premier League season, beating the likes of Arsenaland Chelsea in their first six games, and Klopp's tactics have been crucial in securing those victories.
Speaking at the launch of EA SPORTS FIFA 17, Clyne revealed that that licence and the hard work the players have done on their fitness have been crucial to the club's success in the early part of the new campaign.
Clyne said:"He just gives you the licence to go out there and express yourself, and show what you can do on the pitch.
"You can see that we're pressing all over the pitch, and after the hard work we've been doing in training and in pre-season to get ourselves fully fit for the start of the season, we've done really well."
Clyne also revealed that the morale of the team is high, and that's played a crucial role in Liverpool's recent upturn in form:"Team spirit is high at the moment. We're playing really well in attack and defence, and we're scoring lots of goals. It's been a joy to watch."
