Porto wants 60% transfer rights of Ghana International Abdul Majeed Waris for three million Euros move to Nantes.
The French side Nantes is due to present a new bid for Waris in January after not playing a single match for porto.
The 'blues' are requiring a 60 percent of Waris transfer out of the three million Euros before permitting the move.
The 28 year old Ghanaian spent the entirety of last season with French side Nantes where he scored five goals in 33 matches.
Nantes wanted to make the deal permanent but were priced out of a deal by Fc Porto's exorbitant asking price.
